Rita Romanoff, age 100, passed away on January 18, 2024. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late John W. and Miriam (Myers) Berman. She graduated from J.P. McCaskey High School in 1941 and then attended and graduated from Linden Hall. She was married to the late Herbert L. Romanoff whom preceded her in death in 1985.

Rita is survived by her cousins Devera Kramer of Lancaster and Craig Weisman (husband of Pam) of Lancaster.

In addition to her husband and parents, Rita is preceded in death by her sisters Ethel Berman and Annette Kramer.

A graveside service at Degel Israel Cemetery, 170 Charles Rd., Lancaster, PA. 17603 will occur on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 10am.
