Richard "Dick" L. Rineer, 81, of Lancaster, entered into rest October 31, 2016. He was the son of the late Chester and Mary Rineer and was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Chester, Jr., Russel, and Patrick. His wit and wisdom will be missed by all who knew him! He is survived by his brother, James, of Quarryville, his two sons: Henry Suydam of Florida and Greg White of Lancaster; 8 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many beloved friends. Memorial services will be held on Wed., Nov.9 , 2016 at 4PM at Living Hope Community Church, 2823 Columbia Ave., Lancaster, PA.
