Richard "Dick" DeBinder, Sr. passed away on March 24, 2022, at the age of 85 at UPMC Lititz Hospital. He was the husband of Lynda (Hinkle). They shared 55 years of marriage together. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son/stepson of the late Florence and Wilbur "Bud" Shuman. Dick worked at Car Tech for 20 years, later working for Highlands Transportation of Wyomissing. He lived in Sinking Spring, PA while working and retired to Chandler, Arizona. He and his wife recently returned to reside in Lititz, PA. He was a long-time avid Phillies Baseball and Philadelphia Eagles fan, even while living in Arizona. He is survived by his wife, Lynda, stepson Richard Hinkle, spouse of Donna, daughters; Deborah, spouse of Samuel Jarsocrak, Connie, spouse of Keith Schaeffer, sons; Richard, spouse of Martha, Michael, spouse of Arleen. He has 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a sister Sandra and brother Ronald. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
