Richard A. Binkley Jr, 58, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, October 7 ^th , 2008 at the Veteran Administration Hospital in Lebanon. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Miriam D. (Younger) Binkley of  Conestoga and the late Richard A. Binkley Sr.

Mr. Binkley was a self employed Construction Foreman. He served his country in the Army in Vietnam, 101 ^st Airborne as a Helicopter Pilot and member of the National Guard Association. Rick was a volunteer for Hospice.

Surviving besides his mother are his sons, Richard A. Binkley III of Los Angeles CA and Michael R. Binkley of Lancaster, one sister, Susan D. Barley of Conestoga, one brother, Mark A. Binkley of Lancaster, several nieces and nephews. Rick is preceded in death a brother, Elmer E. Binkley.

Graveside services will be held at Millersville Mennonite Cemetery 435 Manor Ave, Millersville, PA 17551 on Monday, October 13th, 2008 at 1PM.
