Rhonda J. Hill-Miller, 69, of Lititz, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2024, at Oak Leaf Manor North. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Vaughn L. and Betty (Brown) Hill. She was the loving wife of Robert C. "Bob" Miller, with whom she celebrated 28 years of marriage.

Rhonda worked for PP&L as a material handler, and it was there that she met Bob, who described her as "the best thing that ever happened to him." Rhonda's family was most important to her, and she loved spending time with them. She looked forward to the springtime when she would be able to get into the garden and mulch! God has gained a meticulous gardener to help care for heaven's flower beds.

In addition to her husband, Rhonda is survived by her sister, Cathy Seachrist, of Lancaster; nephew and nieces: Troy, Kendra, and April Seachrist; stepdaughter, Melissa Frankford, of Conestoga; and 2 step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Vaughn Hill, Jr.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, December 2, 2024, at 11AM, at Landisville Church of God, 171 Church St., Landisville, PA 17538. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Caring Hospice Services of Central PA, 101 Good Dr., 1st Floor, Lancaster, PA 17603 or to ORCA, 401 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA 17602.
