Raymond Lanas, Jr. of Gettysburg, PA and Lake Mary, FL passed away December 10, 2015 at York Hospital. He was the wife of Audrey (France) Lanas with whom he was married for 26 years. Born in New York City, NY he was the son of the late Raymond Sr. and Consuelo (Mauri) Lanas. Ray was a great husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was an investment advisor along with a former Wall Street stockbroker. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and proudly served in the US Marine Corps and was Christian by faith. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Raymond D. husband of Gail (Rohrer) Lanas of Lancaster, PA; a daughter Deborah wife of Stephen Shertzer of Millersville, PA; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two sisters Consuelo Will of Queens, NY and Teresa wife of Nino Rodriguez of Palm Coast, FL. Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 2:30PM from the Pequea Brethren In Christ Church, 40 Church Rd. Lancaster, PA 17603. A visitation will be held from 2pm until the time of the memorial service at 2:30PM at the Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Central Penn Food Bank, 3908 Corey Rd.
