Raymond Lee Arment, age 59, of Wilkes-Barre, PA, passed away on Sunday, January 28th, 2024. Born in Lancaster, PA, on December 15th, 1964, Raymond was the son of Linda A. (Arment) Van Aulen. He was a 1983 graduate of Conestoga Valley High School.

Raymond was a lifelong outdoorsman and adventurer, with a passion for archaeology, fishing, camping and Big Foot. He was a talented singer and guitar player, and full of comical behavior. He had the gift of gab and loved to story tell. He was kind, caring, grateful, and will be missed by his family and friends.

Surviving in addition to his mother is a daughter, six siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Throughout his life, Raymond received unconditional support from his Grandma, the late June Arment, Uncle Billy Arment, and cousin, Brian Arment.

A service honoring Raymond will be held at 3 PM on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. The family will receive guests from 2:30 until the time of service. Memorial contributions in Raymond's name may be made to Volunteers of America .
