Ramon Luis Lugo, 64, of Lancaster, passed away at Lancaster General Hospital on Saturday, December 26, 2009. He was born in San German, Puerto Rico to the late Quintin Lugo and Delia Ayala.

He retired from High Steel after thirty years.

Ramon was the companion of Estrella Rivera for 37 years.

He is survived by a son Samuel Lugo, husband of Joselyne of Millersville, three grandchildren, Stephanie Lugo, Samuel Lugo Jr., and Hennessy Lugo, four stepchildren, Zaida, Luis, Jose, and Hilda Gonzalez, one great grandchild Nia Rios, three brothers, Roberto Lugo of Lancaster, Alfonso Lugo of Lancaster, Juan Lugo of California, two sisters Margarita Lugo of Puerto Rico, and Milagros Lugo of Philadelphia. He was preceded in death by two brothers Santiago Lugo, Pedro Janer Lugo, and a sister Blanca Lugo.
