Ralph A. Nelson, 82, of Lititz, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2010 at Lancaster General Hospital.  He was born in Worcester, MA. Ralph was the husband of the late Wilma J. Schwarzmann who died in July of 2001.

Ralph proudly served his country in the Navy and Coast Guard before serving the City of New York for 17 years as a Police Officer. He was a very loving and devoted husband.

Ralph is survived by a son Mark Nelson of Lititz, 2 granddaughters, Michelle Nelson and Jennifer Huffman, and many brothers and sisters, being one of fifteen children.

A Memorial Service honoring Ralph's life will be held Thursday, July 8, 2010 at 4 p.m. at the Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church 308 Petersburg Rd. Lititz Pa 17543. Interment will follow in the Church Memorial Garden. To send an online condolence or for more information please visit SnyderFuneralHome.com
