Dr. Qazi Akhtar Jamil, 76, of Manheim, PA passed away peacefully on March 9, 2021 at Lancaster General Hospital. He was born in Barishal, Bangladesh and immigrated to the United States of America about 50 years ago with his loving wife and two baby daughters.

Qazi was a longtime Doctor of Internal Medicine and helped many people through the years. His helping hand was a testament of his character and his presence will be dearly missed by all.

Family and friends will be received Friday March 12, 2021 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home at 3110 Lititz Pike Lititz, PA 17543 at 10AM for a prayer service. The committal service will follow at Manheim Fairview Cemetery. For those unable to attend, Qazi's prayer service will be livestreamed and available on his obituary page moments prior to the start of his service at 10AM.
