Q. Charlotte Gardner, 99, of Lancaster, PA, formerly of Elizabethtown, passed away on December 27, 2018 at The Glen at Willow Valley. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late John and Charlotte Berberian. Charlotte was the loving wife to the late Fred L. Gardner. Charlotte was a loving mother and grandmother. She traveled extensively, enjoyed going to the beach, playing golf and Bridge. She was a member of Meadia Heights Golf Club and Countryside Golf & Country Club in Naples, FL. Surviving is a son, Fred D. Gardner, husband of Constance; a daughter, Joyce G. Bentrim, wife of William; 5 grandchildren: Brian Bentrim, Jonathon Bentrim, Daniel Gardner, Kathleen Gardner and Michael Gardner; and 8 great-grandchildren. Charlotte was preceded in death by 4 siblings: Dr. Harry Berberian, Charles Berberian, Walter Berberian and Mary Hatchigian. Friends will be received from 10:30-11 AM with a Funeral Service to begin at 11 AM on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Charlotte will be laid to rest beside her husband at Elizabethtown Mennonite Cemetery.
