Pura Curet, 87, of Lancaster, PA, formerly of Bronx, NY passed away at UPMC-Lititz on Wednesday April 15, 2020. She was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and was the daughter of the late Eugenio Lugo and Modesto Rodriguez.

She was preceded in death by her husband Juan Curet in 2017.

Pura was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, cleaning, and sewing for her family. Her favorite joy was spending time with her family.

She was a member of In the Light Ministries where her son-in-law Rev. Phil Hernandez is Pastor.

She is survived by two daughters, Yvonne, wife of Rev. Phil Hernandez, of Lancaster, Lourdes Ramirez, of Lititz, seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, five nephews and nieces.

A family viewing will take place in Lancaster, PA. Interment will be in St. Raymond's New Catholic Cemetery, Bronx, New York. A Memorial Service will be planned for later this summer.
