Ploumi Kesoglou, 42, of Lititz, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 3rd, 2018 at UPMC Pinnacle Hospital, Lititz. She was born in Lancaster, PA on October 27, 1975 and is survived by her parents Maria (Kourgelis) and Alexander Kesoglou, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and her godson, Evan. She also leaves behind her loving pet and companion, Molly. Ploumi is preceded in death by her younger sister, Eleni Kesoglou.
She graduated from Manheim Township High School in 1994 and from Lancaster School of Cosmetology.
Ploumi was very artistic and skilled in various forms of art including pottery, ceramics and painting.
Ploumi was co-founder and co-owner of the PF Studios at Station Square in Lancaster. Ploumi was a very talented hair stylist with a large following that included men, women and children.
Her friendship was treasured by many. She, in turn, was a very faithful, devoted friend who cherished the many calls, messages and visits from her friends.
Ploumi was known for her sharp wit, love of a good joke, her love of music, and the uncanny ability to use a very precise facial expression instead of a thousand words.
Ploumi was a member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, Lancaster.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 7th, 2018 at 10:30AM at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church 64 Hershey Ave. Lancaster, PA 17603 with the Rev. Hector Firoglanis and Rev. Alexander Veronis officiating. A viewing will be held at the church from 9:30AM to 10:30AM. Interment will be in Conestoga Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests memorial contributions in Ploumi's memory be made to one of the following, Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church or Holy Protection Monastery 1 Saint Joseph's Way White Haven, PA 18661.
