Phillip David Shreve of Lancaster, PA passed away at 59. A self-employed craftsman and gifted guitarist, Phillip was known for his quiet strength and deep love for family.

He is survived by his children, Chelsey, and Phillip Jr.; parents, David, and Phyllis Shreve; sister Amy and her husband Jack Mullins; nephew Christopher (Toshia); niece Jessica; and many beloved relatives and friends.

Family and friends will be welcomed from 1-4PM on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Lancaster County Sportsman's Association, 573 Hilldale Rd, Holtwood, PA 17532.
