Phil died unexpectedly Tues., May 17th. He was 69 years old. He was the son of independent business owners, Jack J. & Tillie Schwartz. He was a Corporal (medic) in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1968-1974. Phil was the grandson of Rabbi Isaac Lubarksy (maternal) and Captain Harry Schwartz (paternal). Phil had an older brother, Sgt. Norman Schwartz, who passed away in 2007. Phil was later a sales rep. for Tepromark Intl., where he became the company's leading rep. He finished his career at the V.A. hospital in W. Phila. Phil was a husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline, his daughter Beth, and his son, Alan. Phil is also survived by 6 grandchildren (Isaac, Lucy, Rosa, Charles who are children of Alan; Grant & Spencer are sons of Beth). Graveside service will be at Degel Israel Cemetery in Lancaster, PA on Mon., May 23 at 11am. Friends & family are welcome.
