Peggy Clark, 86, formerly of Elysburg, PA, passed away April 9, 2020 at the Mennonite Home in Lancaster after a brief illness.

Born in Locust Township, Columbia County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Russel and Anna May (Raker) Rarig. Peggy was the wife of the late Robert C. Clark, and they were married 46 years prior to his passing in 2001. She was a member of St. John's Church, Elysburg Lutheran Parish.

A graduate of Locust Township High School and Geisinger School of Nursing, Peggy was a Registered Nurse for a family physician and later for PPL. She enjoyed working at Knoebles Amusement Park in her retirement. Peggy loved being called Grammy Great by her great-grandchildren.

Peggy is survived by her daughter, Donna Nesbitt (Thomas) of East Petersburg; her son Robert Clark (Duane) of Saxton; two grandchildren, Drew Nesbitt (Amanda) of Lancaster, and Marcy Carpenter (William), Richmond Hill, GA; and four great-grandchildren: Dathan and Dakota Nesbitt, Piper and Curtis Carpenter.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Peggy's name be made to The American Stroke Association. A celebration of life will planned and announced for a later date.
