Payton Alexandria Scott, age 7 months, of Lancaster, passed away suddenly Wednesday, December 28, 2016 in her residence. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Leanne Murphy and Darien Scott of Lancaster. Payton is survived by a brother, Darien Scott Jr., and a sister, Leanne Murphy, both of Lancaster; grandfathers Joseph Murphy of Philadelphia, Troy Scott of VA, and Ricardo Robertson of Lancaster; paternal grandmother Patricia Scott of Lancaster; and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Kristin Murphy. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St., Lancaster. Friends and family will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Lancaster.
