Pauline E. Wolfer, 69, of Lancaster passed away Friday, March 4, 2016. Born in Lancaster she was the daughter of the late Paul and Dorothea (Ehart) Wolfer. She was the companion of Suzann B. Lemon for over 31 years.

Pauline worked as an inspector for the former Wyeth Laboratories, Inc. where she retired from after over 37 years of service.

An avid bowler, Pauline was inducted into the Lancaster USBC Hall of Fame as well as the PSWBA Women's Hall of Fame. She won the first Lancaster Women's All Star Tournament. She also served on the Lancaster USBC board of Directors for over 40 years.

She was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.

In addition to her companion Suzann, she is survived by her goddaughter, Tina L. Lemon companion of Michael Dennes.

A Memorial Service Celebrating Pauline's Life will be held at 3PM on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 750 Greenfield Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601. Friends will be received from 1:30-3PM at the church on Sunday. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Pauline's memory to the Lancaster Youth Bowling Association, Leisure Lanes, c/o Sandy Myers, 3440 Columbia Ave, Lancaster, PA 17603.
