Paul D. Dicely, 62, of Mountville passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. He was surrounded by family members and loved ones. Paul is survived by his loving wife Susan (Rambish). In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Michael P. Dicely and his wife Amanda (Rife), and Daughter Amanda (Pugliese) Sauder, a sister, Patricia, married to Edward C. Shoff , and a brother, Lee, married to Tena (McGurk). Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Paul B. Dicely and Gloria B Dicely.
Paul graduated from J.P. McCaskey High School in Lancaster. PA. At the time of his passing, he was employed by Armstrong World Industries.
Previous employment included Kerr Glass, New Standard Corporation. Paul showed interest in all sports, especially the Phillies and Eagles. He enjoyed going to Penn State football games with his brother. Camping with family and friends was special time for Paul. He savored his time gardening at home, loved his dogs, and valued spending time with his family and close friends.
In addition to Paul's immediate family, he is survived by Parents Stanley and Cindy Rambish, Lancaster, Jeff, married to Wendy Rambish, Lancaster, Lisa, married to Gary Engle, Hummelstown, and Scott Rambish, Lancaster. Nieces and Nephews Jeremy Rambish, Lancaster, Jared married to Erica. Mt Joy and Jackie, married to Dan Ebright, Harrisburg. Jonathan Shoff, married to Amanda, Lancaster, Christopher Shoff, married to Julie, Akron, Benjamin, married to Jaclyn, Erie, PA, and Nicholas, Lititz.
A viewing will take place on Sunday, January 15 from 6 to 8 pm at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 3110 Lititz Pike, and Lititz, PA. Memorial service will be held on Monday, January 16. There will be a viewing from 10 to 11 am, followed by the service at 11 am. Internment will take place in the Mountville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Hospice & Community Care, PO Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.
