Paul Brubaker, 86, of Lancaster, formerly of Mountville, died on September 10, 2015 at Brethren Village Retirement Community. Born August 15, 1929, Baums Town, Berks County, PA, he was the son of the late Thomas & Elnora (Meiley) Brubaker. Paul was the husband of the late Helen (Hoppler) Brubaker; March 10, 2015. They would have celebrated 55 years of marriage this year. He was a 1947 graduate of W. Reading High School. A Korean War Veteran, serving proudly as a U.S. Marine Staff Sargent. Paul retired from the federal government as a civilian with the U.S. Navy. Afterwards, worked for Allied Signal, then for Lancaster General Hospital part-time. Paul is survived by 5 nephews. He was preceded in death by 2 siblings: Earl M. Brubaker & Thelma M. Gorman. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
