Patrick M. Danz of Lancaster, passed away on July 26, 2024. He was 74. Born and raised in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Thomas H. Sr. and Catherine E. Danz. He dedicated over 31 years to the love of his life, Karin Charles.

Pat was the owner and operator of Danz's Barber Shop and was a well-known barber in Lancaster for over 36 years. After retirement, he worked as the head custodian for Pequea Valley for 10 years. In their free time, he and Karin enjoyed antiquing together as well as eating out at their favorite restaurants. Pat will forever be remembered as the man who could build or fix anything. He enjoyed working with his hands since youth and was often found building things or tinkering around with cars. It was a hobby he enjoyed throughout his lifetime.

He will be sorely missed by his long-time companion Karin, sister-in-law, Krista Mattern (John) of Sinking Spring, niece and nephew, Barbi Conner (John) of Sinking Spring, and Rob Mattern of Manheim, and his beloved dog, BJ. Pat was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Thomas H. Danz, Jr. and Mary M. Danz.

Interment will be private at St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Pat's name can be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
