Obituary

Patricia A. Zankl, 75, of Lancaster, passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Saturday, August 2, 2014. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Robert C. and Charlotte (Haines) Weaver. She was wife of the late Joseph A. Zankl, who died in 1989.

Patricia was a retired secretary, she worked for Zephyr Aluminum, Lancaster Paint & Glass, and WGAL. She loved to play bingo, singing karaoke, especially Patsy Cline, and spending time with her cherished grandchildren. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother to her family.

She is survived by three daughters: Brenda Zankl, companion of Jerry Riehl of Gap, Terri Howard of Quarryville, and Barbara Baker, wife of Keith of Lancaster; ten grandchildren: Keith Stark, Jeremy Riehl, Jordon Riehl, Jared Riehl, Michael Howard, Jennifer Howard, Kayla Howard, Dylan Baker, Chase Baker, and Matthew Baker; two great grandchildren: Aidan Stark and Avianna Stark; three brothers: William Weaver, Paul Weaver, and Roger Weaver; and one sister Carol Stevens. She was preceded in death by grandson Joshua Riehl.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 11AM at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 441 N. George St, Millersville, PA 17551, with Rev. Mark Thiboldeaux officiating. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 10-11AM. Interment will be in Conestoga Memorial Park.
