Patricia A. Spinelli, 81, passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018. She was the wife of the late Anthony P. Spinelli, who passed away in 2009. Born in New Oxford, PA, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Margaret Staub Smith. Patricia was a homemaker and was devoted to her family and her faith. She was known for making the best spaghetti sauce and binulatas (binjos). She also enjoyed playing Bingo and 500 Rummy. She was a woman of great faith, and was a devout member of Mary, Mother of the Church Parish in Mount Joy. Patricia is survived by her children: Anthony (Joanne) Spinelli, Annette (Jeff) Cohen, Angela (Guy) Baum, Andrew Spinelli, and Anton (Cathy) Spinelli; her 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and by her siblings: Mary (Reginald) Miller, Joanne (Berg) Reese, Theresa (Steve) Carbaugh, Fred (Connie) Smith, and Michael (Theresa) Smith. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bernelle, John, and Joseph. Friends will be received on Friday, September 14, 2018 at Mary, Mother of the Church, 625 Union School Rd., Mount Joy, PA 17552 from 10-11AM, with the Mass to follow at 11AM. Interment in Holy Trinity Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in her memory to Mary, Mother of the Church Parish at the above address.
