Patricia E. "Pat" Lutter, 58, of Hemlock Rd., Lancaster, died Thursday, May 31, 2007 at Lancaster General Hospital.
Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Jean L. McConnell Forrest of Lancaster and the late Delwin I. Forrest, Sr. She was the loving wife of Jerome Mike Lutter. They celebrated their 37 th wedding anniversary on May 23, 2007.
Pat worked for seven years at Armstrong World Industries following graduation from J.P. McCaskey High School in 1966. She was employed by Fulton Bank at the Penn Square location, after raising her children.
Pat was an avid Philadelphia sports fan for the Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, and Sixers. When her daughter played softball, Pat became an umpire in the Amateur Softball Assoc. Pat was the treasurer of the Manor Ridge Athletic Assoc. for many years. She was a youth soccer coach for her children and loved watching them play sports. In recent years she would attend all her grandchildren's sporting events. She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, Lancaster. Pat loved the beach, swimming, bingo, and most of all spending time with her family.
Surviving in addition to her mother and husband are her children, Kurt A., married to Valerie Susan Lutter, of Lancaster, Todd A., married to Valerie Sue Lutter, of Landisville, Kelly M. Russell, of Lancaster, seven grandchildren, Connor, Brandon, Tyler, Samuel, Kaitlyn, Carter, and Ian, and a brother, Delwin I. Forrest Jr., married to Mary W., of Buies Creek, NC.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, June 4, 2007 from the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 414 E. King St., Lancaster, at 11AM. Friends may pay their respects to the family from 10AM until the time of service. Interment in Riverview Burial Park, Lancaster. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Pat's memory to Otterbein United Methodist Church, 20 E. Clay St., Lancaster, PA 17602.
