Patricia L. Foley, 88, of Millersville, passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at her home with her husband, Denis, at her side. She was born in Brooklyn NY to the late Lewis and Mary Benson.

Patricia known fondly as Pat, was an active member of St Philip the Apostle Church. She and Denis served as Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. She was a wonderful housewife and mother. Pat was very involved with her son's school and was a common helper at Stayer Elementary on the Millersville campus. She was also a den mother in cub scouts.

In her free time, she loved needle work and did some every day. She enjoyed traveling. She traveled across the country with her family, and on many occasions took solo trips with Denis. She was a member of the Guys and Dolls at St. Philip's Church. She also participated in a neighborhood women's group. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed reading.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Denis Foley Jr., and their son Kevin E. Foley both of Millersville. Her siblings William Benson (JoAnne), Marie Sorokin, Betty Basanno, and Denis's siblings. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her son Denis Foley III, her sister Dorothy Joseph, and her in-laws Denis Foley Sr. and Marie Foley.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church, 2111 Millersville Pike, Lancaster with the Rev. Lawrence W. Sherdel as Celebrant. Friends will be received at the church from 10am to 11am followed by Mass at 11am. Pat will be laid to rest following service at St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Pat's memory to St. Philip the Apostle Church.
