Pastor Rodriguez, 83, of Bethlehem, PA, passed away on December 6, 2018 peacefully at home surrounded by his family. He was born on March 9, 1935 in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico to the late Antonio Rodriguez Aponte and Antonia Pagan Irizarry. Pastor was married to the late Aida Elsa Banchs Ruiz de Rodriguez.

He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Pastor retired in the Hotel Food Service Industry where he cooked and managed inventory. Throughout his life, he worked at the Hampshire House and Gramercy Park Hotels in New York. Pastor had a great love of horses, especially Horse Racing. He enjoyed watching the horse races and making bets on the winner. Years ago, Pastor enjoyed having a backyard garden, growing tomatoes and cucumbers. He also listened to Spanish ballads and liked to watch baseball primarily, and football in his later years.

A Viewing will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 1-4 PM at Spacht-Snyder Family Funeral Home, 127 S. Broad St, Lititz, PA 17543 and again on Sunday, December 9, 2018 from 11 AM- 12 PM with a Celebration of Pastor's Life to begin at 12 PM at the funeral home. Pastor will be laid to rest beside Aida at Witness Park (Rothsville Rd, Lititz) following the services.
