Park Miller, 84, of New Holland, died Saturday, January 21, 2012, at LGH. He was the husband of Jeanette B. Denlinger Miller for 62 years. Born in Strasburg Township, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary Witmer Miller.

He graduated from the former Strasburg High School in 1945, and then served as a sergeant in the European Theater of Operation with the 1252 ^nd Army Air Force Base Unit. Park retired from Amish View Inn & Suites in Bird-In-Hand after a long career at Wickes Lumber and Conestoga Wood Specialties Corporation. He was an active member of the Evangelical United Methodist Church.

Park's family includes his wife Jeanette, two children Shirley Mae, wife of Kenneth Zook of Oley, PA, and Floyd J., husband of Lisa Miller of Greenfield, WI, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was the last of his immediate family.

A Viewing will take place 9-10 AM and the Funeral at 10 AM on Thursday, January 26, 2012, at the Evangelical U.M. Church in New Holland, with The Rev. Eric S. Ritz officiating.
