Nita L. Hashinger 58, of Lititz, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012 at the Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center. Born in Lancaster, PA she was the daughter of  Doris (Caldwell) Lefever and the late John Lefever. She was the loving wife of Fred R. Hashinger for over 20 years.

Nita was a very outgoing well liked individual. She enjoyed cooking and was well known for her many soups she prepared for the various restaurants she worked at in the Lancaster area. She previously worked for Isaac's Restaurant and Deli, and most recently at Reflections restaurant.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by her three sons, Jeromy M. Hashinger, of Lancaster, Shaun J. Hashinger, husband of Tia, of Quarryville, PA, Alex Winder, of Lititz. Also surviving are four grandchildren.

A Celebration of Nita's Life will be held at the American Legion Post 56 in Lititz on August 4 ^th from 7-9pm.
