Nils D. Erikson, 83, passed away, February 27, 2018 at the Lebanon (PA) VA Medical Center. He was born March 4, 1934 in Brooklyn, NY, to the late Nils J. Linus and Dagmar (Fahlgren) Erickson. He had been employed in Maintenance for Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ, as well as a longtime electrician for Carlton Electric, Toms River, NJ. He was a United States Navy Veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict, and a member of the NRA. He was married to the late Charlotte (Williams) Erikson. He is survived by his children; Nancy Moeller, Lancaster, PA, Nils R. Erikson, Lakehurst, NJ, Michael D. Erikson, Delray Beach, FL, and his brother, Steven Erikson, Aiken, SC, along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Graveside Memorial services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, March 16, 2018 at B.G. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 14 Chesterfield Arneytown Road, Wrightstown, NJ, 08562, with military honors conducted by the United States Navy Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society, 986 South Springfield Ave, Springfield, NJ 07081.
