Nathan R. Skowood, born 2/5/77, beloved son of Maggie Weidinger (wife of Michael) of Millersville, and Robert Skowood of Lancaster, passed away peacefully September 28th, 2025, with his Mom and Michael at his side. Nate was a 1995 graduate of Penn Manor HS, and worked at various Lancaster restaurants before his illness. He was a fan of all Philly Sports teams, especially the Eagles & Phillies, and loved fishing, music and video games. He loved his cat, Misfit, who preceded him in death, and he spoke of her often.

Surviving besides his parents are a half-sister, Heather Skowood, Manchester UK and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Nate also had good friends that helped him in the last months of his life, in particular Jen, Brandi and Tony. We are very grateful.

Services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Nate's memory to Hospice & Community Care , PO Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604.
