Nancy J. Fry, 81, formerly of Willow Street, PA, passed away on August 2, 2018 at Conestoga View. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Clarence & Mabel (Kapp) Hean. Nancy was the loving wife to the late Vernon S. Fry who died in 1981. She was a tour guide at Amish Village and cashier at Kitchen Kettle Village. She also worked in the bakery at John Herr's. Nancy was an avid reader, enjoyed going to the beach and loved to take care of her family. Surviving are children: Allan R. Fry, husband of Dawn, of Lancaster, Dana M. Lichty, wife of Christopher, of Willow Street, Julie A. Fry, companion of Scott Weinhold, of Lancaster, and Robin M. Snyder, wife of Scott, of Willow Street; 10 grandchildren: Michael & Jennifer Fry, Joseph & Stephen Lichty, Andrew & Matthew Zook, Kelly Burhans, Christine Tedesco, Katherine & Daniel Snyder; and 13 great-grandchildren. Nancy was preceded in death by siblings: Clarence R. Hean, Jr, Frances Stokes and Gloria Nessinger; and her companion, Arthur T. Herman. A visitation will take place on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 10-11 AM with a Funeral Service to begin at 11 AM at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Nancy will be laid to rest beside her husband at Long Memorial United Methodist Cemetery.
