Nancy M. Crawford, 91, of New Providence passed away peacefully, on Sunday, January 26, 2025, at Susquehanna Health & Wellness. Born in Panama City, Panama she was the daughter of the late Grizeldo and Henrietta Avila Vasquez. She was the loving wife of William "Bill" F. Crawford and they celebrated 60 years of marriage this past August. For over 35 years Nancy worked in the bakery at Hammond's Pretzels. Throughout her life Nancy had many accomplishments but the greatest of these was becoming a United States Citizen. In 1965 she immigrated to the United States where she created a new life for herself that blossomed and became full of zest. A feisty woman, she cared for her family deeply and adapted to life's challenges as her illness worsened over the last few years. Nancy enjoyed tending to her flower gardens, music, dancing, laughing and fishing when time allowed.

Surviving in addition to her husband William "Bill", is a son, John husband of Jennifer Crawford, three grandchildren, Aaron, Callie, and Sami, as well as her best friends from childhood, Anita, and Nora. Preceding her in death are her brothers, Luis and Grizeldo.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial service for Nancy at Charles F. Snyder III Funeral Home & Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 7:00 PM. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 PM until the time of service.
