Minerva Rivera, 64, of Lancaster passed away, Thursday, May 22, 2008 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico she was the daughter of the late Pablo Fernandez and Victoria Melendez.

Minerva worked as a dental assistant for many years for Dr. Grbach at Gentle Dental Care. She was a loving mother, grand mother, and friend to many people. Minerva enjoyed spending time with her family.

Minerva is survived by 4 children; Jesse Rayford, Jessica Griffith, Nicholas Rivera, and Hector Rivera. And 7 grand children.

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday (TODAY) May 29, 2008 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home 441 N. George St. Millersville 17551 at 2 p.m. Friends will be received before the service from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Millersville Mennonite Cemetery.
