Milagro I. Melendez, 60, of Lancaster, passed away on January 10 at Lancaster Regional Medical Center. Born in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Juan Melendez and Josefina Rivera Melendez. Milagro is survived by three sons, Joseph, of Kissimmee, FL, Jesus, of Lancaster, and Raphael, of NY, and a daughter, Jillian Lugo, of NY, 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers Benjamin, Bobby, and Robert, and by her sister Candidad. Milagro was predeceased by two siblings, Victor and Judy.
