Michael Louis Goyda, 80, of Lancaster, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 21, 2026, at Hospice & Community Care. Born in Ford City, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Michael and Lugena Angelo Goyda. While attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania, he discovered antiques, ultimately building this interest into a successful career and enjoyed traveling across the county in search of a find. Later in his career, as his interests in hot rods grew, he built a thriving business selling vintage drag racing and hot rod memorabilia. Throughout these years, he made many cross-country trips to California, where he enjoyed the amazing weather, doing business with some of his childhood drag racing heroes, and his amazing friends. Mike was known for his generous heart, engaging in numerous philanthropic activities throughout Lancaster County and beyond. Above all else, Mike had a deep love for his family, every moment spent with them was cherished by both Mike, and his family.

Surviving are his first wife, Ann L. Lash, and their daughter Reagan, wife of Andrew Hauer, his second wife, Cheryl L. Goyda, and their son, Zachary Goyda, and stepson Michael Carter, as well as two granddaughters, and a great granddaughter. Also surviving are his siblings, Anita Simpson, and Larry Goyda. Preceding him in passing is a sister, Mary Lou Anderson.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of life for Mike at Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz PA 17543 on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 3:30 PM. Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 PM until the time of service. In honor of Mike's famous wardrobe of unique clothing and multi-colored sneaker collection, bright, colorful clothing is encouraged.
