Michael Martin Byrnes, 45, of Lancaster died January 12, 2010 at the Essa Flory Center of Hospice of Lancaster County after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Prior to his illness, Michael was employed as a carpenter at Wohlsen Construction Co.

Michael is survived by his mother, Klara Martin Byrnes of Lancaster, his sister Maria Hunter and her husband Philip Hunter of San Antonio, TX, their two children Alex and Sara, and his sister Barbara Byrnes of Washington, DC. He was the son of the late Michael Malone Byrnes.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Service for Michael on Friday, January 15 ^th at 4 PM from the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Chapel, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA. A Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Friday from 3 to 4 PM.
