Melissa A. LaCon, 51, of Millersville, passed away at Hospice & Community Care in Mount Joy on Saturday, January 17, 2026.
Born in Lancaster, she was the wife of Nimesh Razeek and the daughter of Robert V. and Cinda Lee Maysilles LaCon of Millersville. She was the granddaughter of the late Norman and Bertha Maysilles.
Melissa graduated from Penn Manor in 1992 was a director of project management for Donnelly Financial Solutions, where she had worked for 25 years. In years past, she had worked as a floral designer for the former Funk's Greenhouses in Millersville.
She loved dogs, was a cheerleader and baton twirler, enjoyed photography and reading, and was a huge Star Wars fan. She also enjoyed the beach and sailing, traveled extensively around the world, visiting South Asia, Sri Lanka, India, the Philippines, South America and, her favorite place, Maldives.
Family & Friends will be received by Melissa's family on Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 9:30 – 11AM at the Charles F. Snyder III Funeral Home & Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, PA, with the Funeral Service to follow at 11AM. Please join us for a luncheon to celebrate the life of Melissa at Palm Court at the Double Tree, 2400 Willow Street Pike, following the service.
In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in Melissa's memory to Hospice & Community Care, www.hospiceandcommunitycare.org , or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org .
