Maximino "Max" Bracero, of Lancaster, PA passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Ramona (Pabon) Bracero. He was the beloved husband to Hilda (Arbona) Bracero with whom he celebrated 54 years of marriage. Max was a proud veteran of the US Army. Serving from 1966-1968. Prior to retirement, Max was a mechanic for the US Postal Service. Following retirement, he worked as a Groundsman for Middle Country School District. Max was a talented artist and musician. He enjoyed painting and woodworking. In his free time Max could be found working in and around his home. Most of all he cherished spending time with his family. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Janice Lepore wife of Ralph of Selden, NY, Max P. Bracero husband of Milenis of Oyster Bay, NY and Denise Rosario wife of Wayne of Lancaster, PA; his 5 grandchildren: Dominic, Maria, Alexa, Raelynn and Ryann; 3 siblings as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 4 siblings. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.StJude.org . A Funeral Service will be held at 12PM on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Family and friends will be received from 11AM until the time of service. Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
