IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Maryann (Prieth)
Granholm
October 10, 2025
Maryann (Prieth) Granholm, 66, of Lancaster, PA, passed away in her home and went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 10, 2025. She was born on October 28, 1958, in Trenton, NJ, the daughter of Charles and Lillian Prieth, who preceded her in death. She attended Steinert High School and earned her nursing degree at Reading Area Community College.
Maryann is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Dail Granholm; three children, Matthew Granholm, Christen Granholm, and Bryan Granholm; daughter-in-law, Kristen Ford; three grandchildren; two sisters, Cathy Zoltanski and Barbara Mills; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family members and friends.
Maryann worked as a Registered Nurse for many years and helped countless people with her dedication, kind heart, empathy, and above-and-beyond nursing care. She loved to read and enjoyed a good Stephen King or Nicholas Sparks novel. She was born and raised in New Jersey, was a huge Bruce Springsteen fan, and always looked forward to the annual "Sisters' Week" at the Jersey shore. Her greatest passion was her family. She was a loving and dedicated wife, an extraordinary Mom, and a beloved "Nana" who enjoyed every moment she spent with her family. Her infectious laugh, motherly advice, warm hugs, calming presence, and wonderful personality will be greatly missed.
Friends and family are welcome and will be received from 6PM to 7PM on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Charles F. Snyder Jr., Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. A Memorial Service will follow beginning at 7PM.
