Mary A. Pfeiffer, 83, of Lancaster, formerly of Freedom, PA, passed away, Monday, July 14, 2025, at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Dusquesne, PA, Mary was the daughter of the late John and Rose (Coulter) Miller. She was the loving wife of the late William J. Pfeiffer who died in 2015.

Mary served as the church secretary for many years at St. John's Lutheran Church of Old Economy in Ambridge, PA.

Mary also served as president of the fan club for Ernie Cash and president of the Adult League at St. John's Lutheran Church. Always active, Mary belonged to a card club in Freedom, the Logstown, American Indian Society, and bowling league. She enjoyed playing guitar and camping.

Mary is survived by her son, Ronald Milliern; granddaughters: Kristine Milliern, Sarah Rosser, Casandra O'Dell, and Theresa Gould; and siblings: Dorothy Tegtmeier, Beverly Kogler, Ronnie Miller, and Bonnie Jackson; many great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandsons. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary S. Gould; granddaughter, Rebecca Hostetler; and siblings: David Miller, Virginia Miller, Phyllis Palm, and Donnie Miller.

Memorial Services for Mary will be private and at the convenience of the family.
