Mary E. Frederick, 94, of United Zion Retirement Community in Lititz, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Mary Fox Claus. Mary was the wife of the late Charles A. Frederick, who passed away March 25, 2003. Mary graduated from Manheim Township High School in 1941. She worked 25 years for Hamilton Watch/Datcon in East Petersburg. Mary was an avid homemaker, enjoyed crocheting, playing the organ, sewing, and recently, coloring. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Mary is survived by her son, Ronald Frederick husband of Linda, Lititz, two grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and one sister, Arlene Sears of Columbia. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Claus, and a sister, Daisy Sweigart. Private services and interment were held at the convenience of the family.
