Mary Ann Culp-Frey, 85, of Lancaster, PA, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2014, after a courageous battle with ALS. Born in Gettysburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert F. and Viola M. Storm Steinberger.

Mary Ann was a dedicated member of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church. Her many activities included the Women's Guild of which she was a past president, the Friendship Club of St. Leo's, St. Philip's Guys and Dolls, AARP Centerville Center, the International Federation of Catholic Alumnae and Homestead Village Auxiliary. In addition, she was a volunteer at St. Anne's Home.

Mary Ann enjoyed traveling, shopping and flower arranging. Extremely devoted to her family and friends, she constantly showered them with love and laughter. Surviving are beloved daughters Jamie Culp Stidinger, wife of Dennis M. Stidinger, Kerrie Culp Moll, wife of Clifford M. Moll, and a son Bruce R. Culp, husband of Linda Kowalchik Culp, seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and her dear friend Harold Shartle. She was preceded in death by her late husbands, C. Richard Culp and Carl L. Frey, and her three brothers Robert, Edwin and Richard Steinberger.

A Funeral Mass will be held 12 PM Saturday, January 25, 2014, at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, with Rev. Peter I. Hahn as Celebrant. Mary Ann's family will receive friends 11 AM to 12 PM on Saturday at the church. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg, PA.
