Martha Shave 90, of Quarryville died Friday, September 26, 2014 at Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community. Born in Glatz , Germany, she was one of four children of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Herzig Krahl. Martha was the wife of the late Henry A. Shave who died in 2013. She was preceded in death by her first husband Robert L. Stout. Martha was a former teacher's aide at the Little Britain School. She especially loved children and her family. She is survived by her step children, Virginia wife of Dan McCreery, Yorktown, VA, Rolf husband of June Shave, Davenport, Iowa, Norris Shave, Toano, VA., five step grandchildren, Tim husband of Asami McCreery, Jason husband of Lynn McCreery, Kirk McCreery, Jon Shave, Davin husband of Tiffany Shave and six step great grandchildren, Austin, Chase, Logan, Emi, Maya, and Colton. Thanks to the staff of Quarryville Presbyterian Home and Conestoga View for the care Martha received. A Private Family Funeral Service was held.
