Marion May Martin, 88, of Lancaster, PA , passed away on Friday, June 5, 2015 at Hospice and Community Care in Mount Joy. She was the wife of the late Harry R. Martin, who passed away in 1990. Born in Lampeter, she was the daughter of the late Peter J. and Nora S. Tout Campbell. She was a 1944 graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School, and following graduation, worked as a secretary for Allied Mills Co., the RCA Corp., and Hamilton Watch Co. From the 1960s to 1990, she and her husband, Harry, were the owners of Kings Confectionary Store on Dorwart and Lafayette Sts., and Martins Store on East King St. She attended Christ Lutheran Church, and enjoyed traveling, puzzles, playing cards, watching TV, dominoes and bingo. Marion is survived by her sons: H. Randall Martin of Lancaster, Greg D. married to Gudrun Martin of Forney, TX, Scott R. married to Kathy Martin of Lancaster; her daughter Luanne M. married to Paul F. Boulter of Lancaster; 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Friends will be received on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 10-11AM at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St., Lancaster, PA, with the Funeral Service to follow at 11AM, the Rev. Adam Morton officiating. Interment in Mellingers Mennonite Cemetery.
