Marilyn L. Kester, 60, of Lititz, PA, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2017. She was the wife of Michael S. Kester, with whom she shared 29 years of marriage this past August 1st. Born in DuBois, she was the daughter of the late Raymond L. and Margaret L. Bowser Morrison. Marilyn had worked as office manager for the AGA Corporation in Lancaster for 27 years, a job she truly loved. She enjoyed running, baking, and her dog, Lucy. She was a true "soccer mom", always being there for her childrens' activities. She was a member of Highland Presbyterian Church. In addition to her husband, Michael, Marilyn is survived by her children: Leslie married to Drew Miller for Williamsport, Louis Kester of Philadelphia, Rachel Kester married to Dave Bair of Clearfield,PA, and Michael Kester of Mahaffey, PA; her 4 grandchildren Owen, Connor, Wyatt, and Marleigh; and by her siblings: Ronald married to Christine Morrison of Brockway, PA, Marsha married to Jim Hennekey of Rochester, NY and Richard married to Amy Morrison of Etters, PA. Friends will be received by Marilyn's family on Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 12:30-2PM at Highland Presbyterian Church, 500 E. Roseville Rd., Lancaster, PA , with the Funeral Service to follow at 2PM. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in Marilyn's memory to the ALS Association, Box 6051, Albert Lea, MN 56007.
