Margarita Herrera Guzman, 79, of Lancaster, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on March 30, 2024. Born in Utado, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Alberto and Maria (Guzman) Herrera. She was married 56 years to her beloved husband, David Pastrana, prior to his passing in 2022.

Margarita, also affectionately known to her grandchildren as "Mami de Puerto Rico" was always happiest when surrounded by her loving family. She enjoyed cooking, listening to music and dancing with her husband, and spending time with her family and friends.

Margarita is survived by 4 children: Yolanda Pastrana, Evelyn Ayala (Jose), Irene Pastrana, and David Pastrana; 11 grandchildren: Vanessa, Yomeilys, Amy, Heidy, Joely, Crystal, Juan, Ashley, Shantal, David, and Destiny; numerous great-grandchildren, and 2 brothers: Luis Herrera and Serafin Flores. She was predeceased by 4 siblings.
