Margaret Blaney, 84, of Lancaster County, entered into rest on Tuesday, April 24, 2007.

Born in Ireland, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary Mullan.  She was the wife of the late Bernard A. Blaney.

A homemaker and foster parent, she was a former member of St. James Catholic Church and St. Leos Catholic Church.  She enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by three sons, Michael Blaney of Alexandria, VA; Brian married to Cynthia Blaney of Lititz; Stephen married to Julia Blaney of Sound Beach, NY; five grandchildren, Keri, Amanda, Jeffrey, Eric, and Chelsea Blaney.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. James Catholic Church, 505 Woodcrest Ave., Lititz, Pa on Saturday at 10am.  Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Monday at 11am.  A viewing will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home and Chapel Inc., 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, Pa on Friday from 7-9pm.  The Rosary will be recited at 8:30pm.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Margaret's memory to the Raphiel House Hospice, 1515 Dunster Rd., Rockville, Md 20854.
