El jueves, 5 de agosto de 2021, Marcos Antonio Laboy Soler, nuestro muy amado hijo y hermano falleció a la corta edad de 53 años. El libro de la vida de Marcos se abrió el 6 de enero de 1968 en el pueblo de San Sebastián, Puerto Rico. Marcos se caracterizó toda su vida por su alegría infantil y contagiosa que hacía imposible no quererlo y disfrutar de su compañía y de sus tantas ocurrencias.

Además de su espíritu jovial era un hombre muy trabajador, excelente cocinero y repostero. Amaba a Jehová y disfrutaba de compartir lo que aprendía de la Biblia con otros. Fue un devoto esposo de su amada Anette y amaba a su familia sin reserva. Disfrutaba especialmente de pasar tiempo con sus sobrinas de quienes llego a ser no solo su tío, pero su eterno compañero de juegos. Durante toda su vida mantuvo una afinidad única y verdaderamente especial con sus padres Saúl y Monserrate García. Anhelamos con ansias volver a verlo, abrazarlo y besarlo en su regreso a la vida durante la resurrección (Juan 5:28, 29).

Marcos es precedido por su esposa Annette Custodio. Le sobreviven sus padres Saúl y Monserrate García, sus hermanos Rafael Méndez Soler, Saul García Jr. (Lineatte García), hermana Idanisis Sadler (Keith Sadler) y sobrinas Ariellis (Andre Hemmings), Kiara y Kayleen.

On Thursday, August 5, 2021, Marcos Antonio Laboy Soler, our much loved son and brother passed away at the young age of 53. Marcos's Book of Life started to get written on January 6 1968, in the town of San Sebastián, Puerto Rico. Marcos was characterized all his life by his childhood and contagious joy that made it impossible not to love him and enjoy his company and his many quips and witticism.

In addition to his jovial spirit, he was a hard-working man, an excellent cook and pastry chef. He loved Jehovah and enjoyed sharing what he learned from the Bible with others. He was a devoted husband to his beloved Anette and loved his family without reservation. He especially enjoyed spending time with his nieces, to whom he became not only his uncle, but his eternal playmate. Throughout his life, Marcos maintained a unique and truly special affinity with his parents, Saúl and Monserrate Garcia. We yearn eagerly to seeing, hugging, and kissing him again, upon his return to life during the resurrection (John 5:28, 29).

Marcos was preceded by his wife Annette Custodio. He is survived by his parents, Saúl and Monserrate García; his brothers, Rafael Méndez Soler, Saul García Jr. (Linette García); sister Idanisis Sadler (Keith Sadler), and nieces Ariellis (Andre Hemmings), Kiara and Kayleen.
