Marcia L. Mummaw, 73, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018 at the Masonic Village. She was the wife of James B. Mummaw III, with whom she celebrated 51 years of marriage this past May 20th. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Dorothy May Neuhauser Bleacher. Marcia had worked at JC Penney at Park City for 20 years, retiring in 2006 as the supervisor of replenishment. She enjoyed shopping, traveling to Bethany Beach, and spending time with her sisters. In addition to her husband, Jim, she is survived by her daughter Amy L. married to Michael Nace of Elizabethtown, her granddaughter Madi Nace whom she loved with all of her heart, and by her sisters: Joan Glatfelter, Doris Murray, Judy married to Gordon Sauders, and Karen married to Paul Tshudy, all of Lancaster, and by her brother, Benjamin married to Linda Bleacher of Gastonia, NC. Friends will be received on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 10-11AM at Carpenter Chapel at the Masonic Conference Center, 1244 Bainbridge Rd., Elizabethtown, PA, with the Memorial Service to follow at 11AM. Interment will be private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
