Madeline E. Pennell, 84, of 1711 Wiker Ave., Lancaster, died Thursday night, February 23, 2006, at Essa Flory Hospice Center.

Born in York, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Grace Luckenbaugh Oerman. Madeline was the wife of the late Lloyd A. Pennell, who died June 6, 1999. Mrs. Pennell was an assembler at RCA for 30 years, retiring in 1981. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Lancaster.

Surviving is a son: Allen E., husband of Margaret Graver Pennell of New Providence, six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Carol Jean Boxleitner.

Funeral Services will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 414 E. King Street, Lancaster, Pa. on Tuesday at 11:00am. Interment in Mellinger Mennonite  Cemetery.
